All sales are final, but I want you to be happy with your purchases. Please contact us at mandypoeart@gmail.com to discuss any concerns you may have.

If you select pickup at the Virginia Beach studio upon checkout, we will email you to coordinate a date and time that you can stop by to collect your purchases.

All orders are processed within 2 business days. For items that we hold in stock, like ornaments and greeting cards, this means you should receive them within 3-5 business days. For prints, the turnaround may take slightly longer due to our third-party printer’s processing time, so expect them in 5-7 business days.

If you would like to have your purchase shipped outside of the US, please contact us before purchasing so we can get you a shipping quote.

I retain all rights to my artwork and the buyer may not reproduce or distribute by any method, for any reason, any of the artwork on this site without written permission from the artist. Digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be shared.

I am currently unable to take on commissioned work but I may in the future if my schedule allows.
